At Tori Hays Salon, your time and mine are valuable. As a one-person salon, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Please take a moment to review my cancellation policy: 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Shows • If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings. ⏰ Running Late? • If you’re more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. The full service fee still applies. 💳 Deposits • Some services or first-time appointments may require a non-refundable deposit, especially during peak times or for longer appointments.
